We started buying and selling pre-owned games as a core pillar of the business. We do this to create a safe space for pre-owned games to find a tabletop once again.

This is a safe, hassle free space created to ensure a simple transaction free of the no-reply message, last minute change of mind, delayed pickups and the other lists of nightmares of marketplace.

How it works

The Process
  • Review condition guide
  • Submit quote form below. If you have multiple games please list them and the condition of all games to be quoted.
  • Receive initial quote
  • If agreed to quote, complete all relevant documents. (identity proof, ownership proof and sale agreement)
  • Quoted games to be sent. Once games are received they are checked for stated condition and authenticity.
  • Payment is sent directly to the account provided.
Identity and Eligibility

You must be over 18

  • 100 point ID check.
  • Proof of identity and address
  • Proof of Ownership
  • All relevant forms signed

Information that is mandatory

  • Your Full Name
  • Your Current Address
  • Your Date of Birth
  • Your Signature

This may consist of Drivers License, Australian Passport, Utility Bill (Containing current name and address), Birth Certificate, Bank or income statement, Medicare card.

Police Collaboration Standards

When we buy your games.

  • We write a description about the product;
  • We record any SKU GTIN numbers on the item;
  • We take a photograph of the games being sold
  • We hold all games for 14 days prior to uploading them for sale; and
  • We take copies of 100 points of ID. 

What you can do to help the police identify your goods:

  • Create a list of games in your home;
  • Record SKU and GTIN numbers where possible;
  • Take photographs of your games, make sure you note any specific marks or defects;
  • If games you own are stolen, call the Police and provide as much detail about them as you can, including SKU and GTIN numbers or photographs where possible.

Remember, the more detail you have about your games for the police, the easier it will be for them to help you.

A Wizard's Arcane Tabletop Tavern representative will be in contact with you within 30 days while they conduct checks to help resolve the dispute, if during this time the representative needs additional information they will contact you prior to a resolution.

CONDITION GUIDE

Each pre-owned game will have a star condition allocated, you may be wondering how we allocate condition. Please find the below chart as a guide to assist in getting you the quality game you want.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Completely or partially factory sealed (zero-minor damage

⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Opened, near new (zero - minor damage)

⭐⭐⭐ - Loved (visible damage, does note affect gameplay, miniatures maybe painted and assembled)

⭐⭐ - Loved a lot (notable damage, miniatures maybe painted and assembled)

⭐ - Excessively Loved (major damage or missing/replacement parts)
